Logo concept

First logo concept I came up with.
Tried to make it feel a bit realistic to contrast last years flat logo.

Please leave some feedback on whether I should go a different direction or make changes. thanks!

    It looks sick, we may have to change the concept when we get teh city down... keep going though its good to play with shapes untill we figure some stuff out.
